Who Qualifies for Post-Citizenship Addition?

Qualifying dependents typically include:

• Spouse: Your lawfully married partner.
• Children:
  • Children under 18 years old.
  • Children between 18 and 30 years old, who demonstrate substantial financial dependence on the main applicant
  • Children aged 18 or older, who are physically or mentally challenged.
• Parents: Parents of the main applicant, or of his or her spouse, aged 55 years or older living with and fully supported by the main applicant.
