Obtaining a First-Time Driver’s License
The first-time application process requires the applicant to be physically present in the Federation to complete the necessary steps. We facilitate the entire process, including arranging lessons with an approved instructor, obtaining the required permits, and managing all official filings.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older to obtain a driver’s license.
Validity: The first license is valid for two to three years and expires on the holder’s date of birth.

Renewing an Existing Driver’s License
We manage the renewal process for both residents and overseas citizens, ensuring full compliance with official requirements. For clients outside the Federation, we verify documentation, submit the application, and arrange secure courier service for the new license.
Validity: A renewed license is valid for a maximum of three (3) years, expiring on the holder’s date of birth.
Replacing a Lost or Stolen License
Lost or Stolen License: A Police Report is mandatory. You must report the loss or theft to the police to receive an official report, which is required for the replacement application
Replacement of an Expired License: If the lost or stolen license has expired, you must complete the police report step and fulfill all requirements for a standard renewal.
