Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Main Applicant Requirements

To qualify as a main applicant, you must:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Successfully pass the government’s rigorous due diligence and background checks.
  • Make a qualifying investment or contribution under one of the approved options.
  • Attend a mandatory interview (which may be conducted virtually).

 

Inclusion of Family Members (Dependents)

The main applicant can include the following family members (dependents) in their application:

  • The Spouse of the main applicant.
  • Children of the main applicant or spouse who are under 18 years of age.
  • Children of the main applicant or spouse aged 18 to 30 who are unmarried and substantially supported by the main applicant.
  • Children of the main applicant or spouse aged 18 or older with a physical or mental disability, who are fully supported by the main applicant.
  • Parents of the main applicant or the spouse aged 55 or older, living with and fully supported by the main applicant.

 

Exclusions

An application may be denied if the applicant:

  • Has a criminal record.
  • Has been denied a visa to a country with which St. Kitts and Nevis has visa-free travel, and has not subsequently obtained a visa to that country.
  • Presents a security threat or is involved in any activity likely to cause disrepute to the Federation.

Investment Options

Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)

Investors have the opportunity to make a meaningful investment at a minimum contribution of USD$250,000 to support national development priorities, including renewable energy, healthcare, and education.

Public Benefit Option

This option allows an investor to contribute a minimum of USD$250,000 to an Approved Public Benefit Project that fosters economic growth and job creation in St. Kitts and Nevis. Qualified investors have the opportunity to contribute to significant projects that benefit our nation.

Developer’s Real Estate Investment

Investors can gain access to the Caribbean lifestyle while contributing to the Federation.  A minimum of USD$325,000 (resaleable after seven years) can be invested in a Citizenship by Investment Approved Development to secure citizenship while benefiting from ownership in premium properties.

Private Real Estate Sale

For investors seeking personalized investment opportunities they can purchase an exclusive private property in St. Kitts and Nevis.  The program currently offers two options. A minimum investment of USD$325,000 in a condominium Unit or share in an Approved Private Real Estate or   a minimum investment amount of USD$600,000 in a single-family private dwelling home that is also been Approved for private home re-sale.
